General rules
- No smoking indoors ($5,000 MXN / ~$280 USD fine if smoke is detected)
- No pets
- No parties, no events, no group celebrations
- Background music OK; respectful volume after 10 PM
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
A/C operation
- Keep windows closed when A/C is running (especially June–September)
- Suggested temperature: 22-24°C / 72-75°F
- Turn off A/C when leaving for more than 4 hours
Departure (check-out)
- Leave keys in the designated spot
- Dishwasher and washer can be left dirty (cleaning included)
- Trash in the outdoor bin
- Any damage must be reported before check-out
