Suite Pitic is Casa Pitic's premium unit: ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, full kitchen, 120 m², its own entrance from the interior courtyard, sleeps up to 4. It carries the higher rate of the two because the second bathroom and step-free access are the real difference.

General rules
- No smoking indoors. If smoke is detected inside, the cost of the required deep cleaning will be billed.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
A/C operation
- Keep windows closed when A/C is running (especially June–September)
- Suggested temperature: 22-24°C / 72-75°F
- Turn off A/C when leaving for more than 4 hours
Departure (check-out)
- Hand the keys back in person at departure
- Dishwasher and washer can be left dirty (cleaning included)
- Trash in the outdoor bin
- Any damage must be reported before check-out
