Suite Kino is Casa Pitic's upper-floor unit and the best value for long stays: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate living room, private terrace, full kitchen, 140 m², sleeps up to 4. Lower nightly rate than Suite Pitic, with staircase access from the courtyard.
The upper-floor unit and the better value per night. One bathroom instead of two, and in exchange you get the private terrace, more square metres, and the lowest rate in the house. It's the one guests staying a month or longer choose.

- Keep windows closed when A/C is running (especially June–September)
- Suggested temperature: 22-24°C / 72-75°F
- Turn off A/C when leaving for more than 4 hours
