Stay

How does check-in work?

24/7 self check-in via smart lock. We send your personal code on arrival day.

How does self check-in work?

You receive the smart-lock code 24 hours before arrival via WhatsApp. The front door and the unit use numeric codes — no physical keys to pick up.

Can I arrive late?

Yes — 24/7 check-in at no charge. Late flights or 3 AM arrivals work just as smoothly as business-hour arrivals.

Is there fiber WiFi?

Yes — 200 Mbps symmetric fiber in each unit. Verified speed — built for HD video calls and heavy file uploads.

Is there cleaning service during the stay?

Initial cleaning included. For 14+ night stays we offer mid-stay cleaning at extra cost. Long stays include weekly linen change.

Can I request late check-out?

Yes, subject to availability. Please confirm the day before via WhatsApp.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking indoors ($5,000 MXN / ~$280 USD fine if smoke is detected). Designated outdoor areas are available.

Do you accept pets?

We don't accept pets at this time.

Can I host additional guests?

Each unit accommodates up to 4 guests. Day visits are welcome; overnight guests require approval.

What is included in the stay?

Utilities, WiFi, linens and towels, amenities, coffee, salt, and basic cooking oil.

Payment & invoicing

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes via Airbnb or Booking. For direct reservations: domestic or international bank transfer, or cash on arrival by prior agreement.

Do you issue CFDI tax invoices?

Yes, we issue CFDI tax invoices directly under our RFC with full corporate billing details. Request at booking.

What is the security deposit amount?

For direct reservations we request a refundable deposit equivalent to 30 % of the total stay. Airbnb and Booking reservations follow their own policies.

What is the cancellation policy?

Direct reservations: see our Cancellation Policy. Airbnb and Booking reservations follow the policy shown on the platform at booking time.

What happens if I cancel less than 15 days in advance?

For direct reservations cancelled with less than 15 days notice: the deposit and first night are non-refundable. See Cancellation Policy for full details.

Long-term stays

Is there a monthly discount?

Yes. Monthly rates are meaningfully lower than per-night rate × 30. Stays of 14, 30 or more nights qualify for preferred rates.

What is the minimum stay?

No rigid minimum, but we prioritize 14+ night stays. Shorter stays are available at a higher per-night rate.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, subject to availability. Let us know as early as possible — executives on assignment frequently extend 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer corporate rates?

Yes. For companies with recurring relocations we offer framework rates with monthly CFDI invoicing. Contact us via WhatsApp.

Is there parking?

Yes — private on-site parking included at no extra cost, assigned to each unit.

How far is Ford HSAP?

Casa Pitic is 9.7 km from Ford HSAP, 15-20 minutes by car in normal traffic.

Is the area safe?

Colonia Pitic is an established residential neighborhood, one of the safest in Hermosillo. Interior street, resident neighbors, neighborhood watch.

How much to get here from the airport (HMO)?
